On the assignment of Russian Federation Government Award for Quality
INVITRO was assigned the 2017 Russian Federation Government Award for Quality by the Order of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev No. 1322 as of 1st November 2017. The Award is annually assigned to organizations for outstanding achievements in products and services quality and for the implementation of highly effective quality management methods.
Assignment of the 2017 Russian Federation Government Award for Quality is an acknowledgment of the role of private laboratory medicine in the Russian healthcare system.
Experts audit of the company as part of the Award contest has once again confirmed the reliability and highest standard of services quality, which allowed INVITRO to gain well-earned recognition at State level.
Quality policy
INVITRO has adopted and successfully implements Quality Policy based on meeting the requirements of international standards, multi-level personnel training and employment of the latest achievements in laboratory diagnostics.

Works only with test systems of leading global manufacturers, uses only test methods registered in Russia, and does not use surrogate reagents

International Quality Verification
In 2016, INVITRO joined the international quality assessment program SIX SIGMA provided by US company Westgard QC Inc. This means that the quality system of INVITRO lab tests is at global leaders’ level – errors are statistically possible in 3.4 (three point four) cases per million.
SIX SIGMA methodology is acknowledged by the World Health Organization (WHO). INVITRO became the first company to conduct this quality control program not only in Russia, but all over Europe. In December 2018 the company was assigned the new certificate valid till December 1, 2019.

INVITRO management and experts have studied modern technologies in laboratory equipment since 1995. In 22 years, the INVITRO quality system practically became the industry standard.
